The Repair Management Module (RMM) for Perfex CRM enables small repair businesses to create and manage customer-linked repair jobs using Perfex’s existing customer and billing infrastructure, track progress through predefined statuses, and automatically notify customers from one centralised system. This module helps businesses streamline repair operations, reduce manual follow-ups, and deliver a professional customer experience — all from within Perfex CRM.

Repair Job Management: Create repair jobs linked to existing Perfex CRM customers. Capture job title, issue descriptions, priority level, and track each repair through a predefined workflow.
Job Status Workflow: Track repair progress using predefined statuses:
Received → In Progress → On Hold → Completed.
Each status change can trigger automated customer notifications.
Technician Assignment: Assign one or more Perfex staff members as technicians to a repair job. Technicians can view their assigned job and update job status.
Estimates & Quoting: Create estimates directly from repair jobs using Perfex’s native estimates feature. Add parts, labour charges, service fees, and expected turnaround time. Send estimates to customers with a single click.
Invoicing & Payments: Convert accepted estimates into invoices. All invoices and payments are handled using Perfex CRM’s core invoicing system, keeping financial records accurate and centralised.
Automated Customer Notifications: Send automatic email updates to customers when job status changes (Job Received, In Progress, On Hold, Completed).
