Overview

KodMail is a self-hosted email marketing application with a built-in sales CRM. Customers send campaigns, run automations, manage subscribers, and follow up replies as deals on a kanban pipeline, all from the same workspace.

The platform runs an AI Copilot that uses real tool-calling, not a chat sidebar. Plain-English commands like “draft a re-engagement campaign and schedule Tuesday 10am” trigger real app actions behind a confirm card. Buyers bring their own OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, or Groq key.

Built on Laravel 11, Inertia 2, React 19, Tailwind 4, and PHP 8.2. Ships with a browser install wizard. No SSH, no composer install, no npm build.
