PWA & Push Notifications Module for Perfex CRM

Note: This is a login module for Perfex CRM. It is not a standalone script and requires Perfex CRM to function.

Overview

The PWA & Push Notifications Module for Perfex CRM transforms your CRM into an installable Progressive Web App (PWA), delivering a fast, app-like experience and real-time browser push notifications.

Designed as a plug-and-play add-on, the module integrates seamlessly with Perfex CRM without requiring any core file modifications. Users can install the CRM on their desktop or mobile devices, receive instant browser notifications, and access an integrated notification center for important announcements.

Administrators can create and send notifications to selected or all staff members and customers, while users receive them instantly across all their subscribed devices. Even if a push notification is missed or dismissed, every notification remains available within the built-in notification center, ensuring important updates are never lost.

How it works:

• Administrators configure the PWA settings, including the application name, colors, icons, and notification preferences.
• Users can install Perfex CRM as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on supported desktop and mobile devices for a native app-like experience.
• Users can enable browser push notifications with a single click, allowing their device to securely subscribe to future notifications.
• Each user can register multiple browsers and devices to receive notifications across all subscribed devices.
• Administrators can create announcements and send them to selected or all staff members, customers, or both.
• Notifications are delivered instantly as browser push notifications whenever supported and enabled on the recipient’s device.
• Every notification is also stored in the integrated notification center, ensuring important announcements remain available even if a push notification is dismissed or missed.
• The module works seamlessly with Perfex CRM without requiring any core file modifications.
