Hello!

The Instagram add-on turns a workspace’s Instagram Professional or Creator account into a first-class channel inside WaDesk. It is a native, in-place add-on — there is no separate product to install and no separate login: once the platform admin configures a Meta App, any workspace can connect its Instagram account and start working from the same WaDesk screens it already uses for WhatsApp.

• Long-lived tokens (~60 days) with auto-refresh; the app secret and account tokens are encrypted at rest.
• Webhook + polling ingest — inbound DMs and comments arrive over Meta’s webhook, with a polling fallback so nothing is missed, plus a per-account health diagnostics page (“Fix inbound”).
