Property Management System with Multiple Payment Gateway Addon

Payment Gateway Addon for Landlord adds Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Flutterwave, Mollie, and Bank Transfer
to
your property rental system. Configure gateways in the admin panel; tenants and customers pay via their chosen
method
during booking and checkout.

Important: This is an add-on, not a standalone product. The Payment Gateway Addon works only
with the Landlord property buy & rent system (Laravel). You must have Landlord installed before
installing this addon. If you have not purchased the main Landlord script yet, please do so first. This is our main script: Landlord- Property & Tenant Management System (Web + Mobile).

Purchase the Payment Gateway Addon to give your Landlord site multiple payment options. Accept card payments
(Stripe), PayPal, Razorpay, Flutterwave, Mollie, and Bank Transfer. Configure each gateway with your API
credentials in the admin panel, enable or disable them per need, and let tenants and customers pay securely during
property booking and rental checkout.

How does it work?

1. Landlord (main system) must be installed on your server.
2. Purchase the Payment Gateway Addon from CodeCanyon and download the ZIP.
3. Extract the ZIP and upload the PaymentGateway folder into your project’s
   Modules directory.
4. Import the included SQL file into your database (phpMyAdmin or MySQL CLI).
5. Enable the module (via modules_statuses.json or Artisan command) and clear cache.
6. In the admin panel, go to Settings → Payment Settings, enter your API credentials for each
   gateway, and set which gateways are active.

Customers will see the enabled payment options at checkout when booking or paying for properties.
