Preview Rentiqo – Universal Rental Business Management System (SaaS)
Rentiqo — Universal Rental Business Management System
Rentiqo runs the whole rental operation, not just the booking. Inventory and availability, agreements and deposits, check-out and return, damage, late fees, invoicing and maintenance — the parts of a rental business where the money is actually made or lost.
It is built for any rentable asset. If you hand something to a customer and expect it back, Rentiqo manages it:
- Vehicles — cars, bikes, scooters, vans, trucks, boats
- Equipment — power tools, generators, scaffolding, construction plant
- Cameras & production gear — bodies, lenses, lighting, audio
- Event hire — chairs, tables, marquees, sound systems, decor
- Sports & leisure — kayaks, ski gear, bicycles, camping equipment
- Party, medical, IT, furniture — and anything else you rent by the hour, day, week or month
Nothing in the system is hard-coded to one industry. You define your own categories, your own hire rates and your own rules, so the same installation serves a car rental company and a tool hire depot equally well.
Rentiqo is multi-tenant. One installation serves many independent rental businesses, each with its own inventory, staff, customers and settings, completely separated from one another. Sell subscriptions to rental companies as a SaaS platform, or run a single business of your own — both work out of the box.

Workspace Panel — What a Rental Business Does Every Day
Availability that is honest
A timeline showing every item and when it is committed. Reservations, active hires, maintenance windows and turnaround time between hires all reduce what is free. If an item is in the workshop on Tuesday, it does not show as available on Tuesday. Double-booking is refused at the database level, not merely hidden in the interface.
Bookings and the rental lifecycle
Every hire moves through clear stages — booked → handed over → back → settled — and the screen always shows which stage it is at and what the next action is. Hourly, daily, weekly and monthly rates are all supported, with minimum hire periods and closed days you define.
Check-out and return, with evidence
Record the condition of each item as it goes out and as it comes back, attach photographs to both, and capture meter readings. When something is returned damaged, a photograph is required — so a damage charge is never an argument, it is a record.
Deposits as a proper ledger
Deposits are held, deducted, refunded or forfeited, and every movement is recorded. A dedicated screen shows exactly how much money you are holding that is not yours, aged by how long you have held it. A customer asking “what happened to my deposit” gets a real answer.
Late fees, meters and overage
Late returns are charged automatically using your own rules and grace period. For metered assets — vehicle mileage, generator hours — usage beyond the allowance is calculated and charged from the opening and closing readings.
Serial and bulk inventory together
Track valuable items individually by serial number, each with its own condition and history, and track identical low-value stock by quantity. A camera hire company knows which body came back scratched; the same company counts memory cards as a pool. Multi-location support tells you which depot an item is sitting in.
Maintenance and workshop
Raise repair jobs on a board of columns, assign them, and record parts and labour costs. Preventive servicing falls due automatically — by date or by usage — and an item in the workshop cannot be booked out, which removes the possibility of promising a customer something that is in pieces on a bench.
Invoicing
One invoice carries everything from the hire — rental charge, late fees, damage and overage — so the customer receives a single document rather than several. Record payments against it, or download it as a PDF on your own letterhead with your own terms.
Ten built-in reports
Each one answers a single question: Revenue summary, Asset utilisation, Asset ROI, Rental activity, Overdue & late returns, Deposit liability, Damage & loss, Maintenance & downtime, Customer analysis, and Financial statement. Every report exports to CSV and PDF.
Staff and permissions
Invite colleagues by email and control exactly what each can reach. Counter staff can create bookings and hand equipment over without seeing your hire rates or your reports.
Admin Panel — Running the Platform
- Businesses — every rental company on your installation, with the ability to suspend, change plan, or sign in as them (read-only) to reproduce a support problem without asking for their password
- Subscription plans — price, billing period, free trial, and enforced limits on items, units, staff and locations
- Nine payment gateways — Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Paystack, Flutterwave, Mollie, SSLCommerz, UddoktaPay and Xendit, each with sandbox mode and webhook verification
- Coupons — percentage or fixed discount, with expiry and usage limits
- Payments & subscriptions — every transaction, successful or failed, with its gateway reference
- Landing page builder — a complete marketing site built from sections you edit, reorder or switch off; the pricing section reads your real plans automatically
- Contact form inbox — messages from your public site arrive in the admin panel with an unread count
- Email delivery — SMTP configuration with a test button, plus fully editable templates for every message the system sends
- Announcements — notices shown inside the workspace panel, targeted by plan, with start and end dates
- Multi-language and RTL — add languages and translate every string from the browser; Arabic, Hebrew, Urdu and Farsi mirror the entire interface
- Multi-currency — each with its own symbol, decimal places and formatting
- Roles and permissions — named permission sets for your own team
- Activity log — what changed, who changed it and when
- Backup & restore — take, download and restore backups from the panel
- System tools — server diagnostics, sample data, and a scoped reset that names exactly what it will remove before it removes it
Built Properly
- Laravel 12 on PHP 8.2+, following current framework conventions
- Five-step browser installer — no command line required; it checks your server and tells you exactly what is missing
- Strict tenant isolation — enforced at the database layer, not by hiding menu items
- Clean, commented source code — organised into controllers, form requests and services
- Fully responsive, with light and dark themes
- No CDN dependencies — every asset ships with the product and works offline
Server Requirements
- PHP 8.2 or higher (8.3 recommended)
- MySQL 5.7 or higher, or MariaDB 10.3+
- Web server — Apache, Nginx or LiteSpeed, with mod_rewrite enabled on Apache
- PHP extensions — BCMath, Ctype, cURL, DOM, Fileinfo, JSON, Mbstring, OpenSSL, PDO, PDO MySQL, Session, Tokenizer, XML, GD, Zip
- Disk space — around 250 MB, plus room for uploaded photographs
- Cron access — a single scheduled task for overdue detection, reminders and renewals
Almost every shared hosting plan sold in the last few years meets these, and the installer verifies all of it for you before anything is written.

Thank you for looking at Rentiqo. If you run a rental business of any kind — or want to sell rental software to people who do — take a few minutes in the demo. Open Availability → Timeline, then return a hire from the Rentals screen. Those two screens show you most of what this product is for.
