Escrova is a complete solution for launching your own trusted escrow and marketplace platform.
This is an escrow engine that is meant to help people trust each other more when they buy assets or businesses online. This powerful system works as a secure transaction engine, carefully designed to eliminate trust problems, fear of losing money, unclear fees, late delivery, and messy dispute problems in online deals. The engine is strong, which keeps money safe, and a built-in marketplace where people can bid, and a clear status-driven lifecycle for each transaction. Also, users can create a private escrow in this system.

For Buyers, the system gives buyers a safe way to pay. The money is safely held in escrow until the work or service is approved. Buyers can pay in full or in milestones to break up a bigger project into smaller milestones and pay for each milestone. If there is a problem, the buyer can dispute it to let the admin know. All proof of chat and files will be attached to the dispute report automatically for the admin.

For Sellers, the platform makes sure that sellers get paid. Work won’t start until the money is safely held in the escrow system. Sellers send work or proof of service through the platform, and buyers have to approve the payment before it is released. The milestone feature makes sure that sellers receive payments step-by-step as they complete different parts of a project. All one-time or milestone payments are received by the seller in their hold balance and will be added to the main balance after the escrow is released by the admin.

For Admins, the system provides total control with a powerful dashboard. Also, it includes all transactions, holds escrow payments, settles disputes, configures fee rules, manages user verification, supports bidding, and the system is capable of handling multiple currencies and payment methods. It provides a clean, controlled money flow (deposit -> deliver -> hold -> approve -> release/dispute), making every transaction transparent, every role obvious, every fee visible.

In Escrova, not just promised, trust is also engineered. Each escrow shows proper status as it should be (Pending, Active, Delivered, Disputed, Released, Refunded). Admin actions are always double-checked to prevent accidental releases. Notifications keep all sides informed, reducing anxiety and support tickets.

User Features

Dashboard: In the User dashboard, users can see the main balance, hold balance, all deposits and withdrawals, all types of escrow, and referral insights at the top. Also, you can see a quick referral section to share a link and share on social media, and the referral count. Also, at the bottom, users can see recent transactions and escrows

My Escrow: In my escrow menu, users can see their escrow list, Wishlist, their bided escrow list, and unlock requests from buyers. From the escrow list, users can create an escrow as a buyer or as a seller. Buyer can choose their product category, price, charge payer, product description that they need, and all other basic information if needed. For sellers, they need to fill in all the required info about their business, earning data, business insights, preferred payment info, and delivery items.

Add Fund: From the add fund menu, users can add balance to their main wallet and can use it to pay fees and buy items for the platform.

Withdraw: Users can withdraw their funds to their desired account. To withdraw a user, need to create a withdrawal account

Beneficiary: Users can add existing users as beneficiaries and use them while creating a private escrow. This is very useful when buyers and sellers have frequent escrow transactions

Transactions: In this transaction menu, users can find every transaction that they have made. This gives the user a clear overview of the money spent.

Support Ticket: A Support ticket is one of the most important parts of the escrow system. Users can open support for any issues. They get notified when they get a reply from the admin. Users can create tickets from escrow if needed from the escrow details page’s Support tab.

Message: Messaging in escrow is a unique and important feature in escrow deals. Users talk with the other person about an escrow. They send messages and files, ask questions, and share updates. They can talk here before you pay or accept work. Clear messages help avoid mistakes and keep the deal safe for both buyer and seller.

Setting: From the setting menu, users can control their data and security. In account settings, users can update their basic account information, change their password, provide KYC verification data, and enable/disable 2FA security when needed.

Admin

Dashboard: In the admin dashboard, you can see key numbers at a glance, like total users, deposits, escrows, staff, tickets, gateways, and pending actions. Admin also sees pending items (KYC, withdraw, deposit, ticket, escrow) with quick links so admin can act fast without visiting pages. Also, the admin can see statistics, including site, top browser, country, OS, etc.

Role Management: Create roles for their team and set what they can see and do. This keeps access safe and helps you give the right permissions to the right people without sharing full admin power.

Customer Management: From Customer Management menu admin can manage all customers in one place, They can view all/active/disabled/new users, search and filter, and open any profile to see balances, KYC status, escrows, and transactions; quick actions let them login as the user, add/subtract balance, change password, enable/disable, send notification, or create a new customer when needed.

KYC Management:
Admin can review identity submissions with full data and attachments, approve or reject with notes, and track logs; also, manage the verification options (KYC form builder) so you can enable/disable specific fields and flows.

Manage Category: Add, edit, and delete categories and set the fee for each category. Good categories make escrows easy to organize and help users pick the right type when they create a deal.

Manage Escrow: Admins can view all escrows with filters for every status and open any escrow to see full details, messages, milestones, delivery, assets, and bidders. From here, the admin can release, refund, cancel, or release an escrow when needed.

Automatic Gateways: Admin Turn payment gateways on or off and add the required keys and modes. No hassle, just save the settings, and you are ready to accept payments in live or test mode.

Site Settings: Control global things like site name, logo, colors, permissions, system behavior, maintenance, GDPR, languages, emails, plugins, and SEO. It’s one place to set up the whole site the way you want.

Charge: Set escrow fees as a fixed amount or a percentage and create ranges by min and max amount. You can also set a default fee so every transaction has a clear and fair charge.

Currency: Add fiat and crypto currencies with symbol, code, rate, and icon, and choose which ones are active. Keep rates updated so cross-currency amounts are correct for users.

Plugins: Enable useful tools like Tawk Chat, Google reCAPTCHA, Google Login, Google Analytics, and Facebook Messenger. Enter the keys once and toggle them on to improve support, security, and tracking.

Language: Add and manage languages so users can use the site in their preferred language. Set the default language and keep translations up to date to make the site friendly for everyone.

Custom CSS: Add your own CSS safely without touching core files. It’s a quick way to fine-tune the design and match your brand while keeping updates easy.

Dynamic Section: Update landing sections like texts, images, icons, and buttons from the panel. You can change content anytime without code to keep the homepage fresh and on-brand.

Admin Revenue Model

Admin can earn from the category fee (when an escrow is created)
After completing the escrow admin, get a fee based on the configured fee and escrow amount
Optionally, the admin can charge manually for featured escrow.
