Additional Fields Builder for Perfex CRM

Note: This is a add-on module for Perfex CRM. It is not a standalone script and requires Perfex CRM to function.

Overview

The Additional Fields Builder Module for Perfex CRM allows you to extend core Perfex modules with
fully custom, dynamic fields — without modifying any core files or writing a single line of code.
Powered by an intuitive drag-and-drop form builder, it gives administrators the freedom to add advanced field types
to modules such as Leads, Customers, Contacts, Tasks, Projects, Invoices, Estimates, Expenses, Contracts, and more.

Perfect for businesses that require extra information beyond Perfex’s default fields, this module supports
text inputs, selects, checkbox groups, radio groups fields, and even file uploads.
All additional fields are rendered directly inside native Perfex create/edit forms, allowing users to work seamlessly
without leaving the standard interface.

The module automatically handles data saving, data updating, and file management —
making the system incredibly flexible while remaining 100% update-safe.

Fully compatible with Perfex CRM (v3.1.0 and above), the Additional Fields Builder blends perfectly
into the CRM’s UI and requires zero manual configuration. Simply choose a module, design your fields, and they become
instantly available for use.

How to Use

• Go to the Additional Fields Builder section from the admin sidebar.
• Select a core Perfex module (e.g., Leads, Customers, Contacts, Tasks, Projects, Invoices, Estimates, etc.).
• Build your custom fields using the drag-and-drop form builder interface.
• Save the configuration — your fields will automatically appear inside the selected module’s create/edit form.
• Users can fill these additional fields while creating or updating records, just like native fields.
• All data is stored securely and updated automatically, including file uploads.
