Please Find Your Seat is a complete, self-hosted seating-chart platform for weddings, galas, corporate dinners, conferences and parties. Organizers build a beautiful seating chart in minutes; guests open a single link, type their name, and instantly see their table — then RSVP, scan a QR code at the door, and find their seat on a live floor plan. No guest accounts, no app to install, no awkward lap around the room.

Upload the zip, run the in-browser install wizard, and you are live. Use it for your own events, offer it to clients as a service, or run it as a subscription SaaS — five payment gateways and editable plans are built in.

Frequently asked questions

Do my guests need to install an app or create an account?

No. Guests open one link (or scan a QR code), type their name, and see their seat. There is nothing to install and no account to create.

Is this a one-time purchase?

Yes. You buy the script once under the Envato license and self-host it. There are no recurring fees to us. (Third-party services you choose to connect — like Stripe or Twilio — have their own pricing.)

Can I run it as a paid SaaS and charge my own customers?

Yes. Editable Free / Pro / Premium plans, five payment gateways and per-plan limits are built in. Set your own prices and currency. Check that your usage fits the Envato license tier you purchase.

Do I need to know how to code to install it?

No. The built-in web installer checks your server, configures the database, creates your admin account and runs the setup for you. A manual command-line install is also documented.

What do I need to host it?

PHP 8.3+, MySQL 5.7+ (or MariaDB 10.3+) and Apache or Nginx — standard shared or VPS hosting.

Which payment gateways are supported?

Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, Flutterwave and Razorpay. You enable one from the admin panel and add your keys.

Can I send guests their seats by text or email?

Yes. Messaging campaigns support SMS and WhatsApp (via Twilio) and Email (via your SMTP), with merge fields and a send history.

Can I translate it or change the language?

Yes. English, Spanish, French and German ship out of the box, with an in-app switcher. From the admin Languages screen you can set the default language, choose which languages appear, and translate every interface string — no code or redeploy.

Can I use my own brand?

Yes. Upload your logo, set your site name and tagline, and apply a white-label theme that re-skins the dashboard, sign-in pages and marketing site.

Is it only for weddings?

No. It works for weddings, galas, corporate dinners, conferences, fundraisers and parties. The design templates are grouped by event type.

What about support and updates?

The item includes six months of support (extendable at checkout) and a bundled HTML user guide plus an installation guide. Updates are delivered through your Envato downloads.
